Social Media Policy
Feel free to share your images on all social media platforms. I love it when my clients share my work! Please refrain from further editing of the photos (filters, cropping, Facetune, additional photoshop tweaks, etc) and share them as is. Where should I do my photo session?
We live in one of the most beautiful, tropical locations in the United States and there are so many beautiful places to pick from. Robbin’s Park, Deerfield Beach, South Beach Inlet in Boca, Constitution Park, downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Wynwood, and Miami are all wonderful options. If you’re not sure, I’d love to talk with you to get an idea of what you’re looking for and help in any way I can!
I’m really nervous about taking photos. I feel awkward!
These feelings are very normal! I take a really easygoing approach. I’ll coach you into some poses and catch the natural moments in between. Everything always turns out great!
What should I wear?
When taking pictures in a group, it’s best to keep a couple people in neutral colors and everyone else in different shades of the color profile you choose. Lastly, have one child/family member in a bright patterned dress or shirt in the color range you choose! This will create visual interest, tie everything together, and make a beautiful photo.
Do I get to see all the photos you take?
In the editing process, I omit any and all images and test shots that are unflattering, duplicates, or not focused properly. As a firm rule, I don’t give out anything that doesn’t meet my creative standard. Once the editing process is complete, you will receive your edited images digitally.
Do you offer prints?
Not at this time.
Do you shoot weddings?
I do have experience in weddings, but I am not accepting full day weddings at this time. If you need any recommendations for a wedding photographer, please let me know. I can refer you to a few photographers that would be willing to help you!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. For every session, there is a non-refundable $50 online deposit required to secure the date for your photo session. The remainder of the fee is due via online payment before the session starts.
The dates available are on a first come, first served basis. If there is a desired date between two families, the first deposit received gets the date.
For events, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be 30% of the total package price we agree upon in our contract.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Because we live in Florida, there may be times where a session will need to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If that occurs, we will reschedule for the near future.
